Executive Director, Business Development (East Coast)
Kai Kurylak serves as Executive Director of Business Development at BioAgilytix, where he leads strategic growth initiatives and manages U.S. East Coast commercial team. With 15+ years experience in the biopharmaceutical and CRO industries, Kai brings deep expertise in the bioanalytical field and a proven track record of aligning scientific capabilities with client needs to support drug development success.
Prior to joining BioAgilytix, Kai started his career with Envigo in various roles in Operations including Lab Director, LC-MS before joining Labcorp’s Business Development team where he spent several years cultivating successful client relationships. He holds an MBA from UMass Amherst and a BS in Exercise Science from Ithaca College. Kai is based in north NJ and is passionate about building long-term client partnerships that deliver measurable impact.
