Jennifer Zemo, Ph.D.
Vice President, Head of Quality Assurance
Jennifer has over 20 years of post-graduate experience in scientific research and development, including positions at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) and Grifols, Inc. Her areas of expertise include the development and validation of various ligand-binding assays, including pharmacokinetic, immunogenicity, and biomarker assays using ELISA and MSD platforms as well as protein purification and cell-based assay development using flow cytometry and confocal microscopy. Since coming to BioAgilytix in 2013, Jennifer has had increasing responsibilities in managing a large business unit in Operations focusing on PK and ADA assay creation and sample analysis, establishing scientific training initiatives, and working to harmonize efforts across our global footprint. Jennifer is co-author of four peer-reviewed publications, one book chapter, and several scientific abstracts presented at national meetings. Jennifer has a Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Department of Chemistry, and a B.S. in Chemistry from Washington College, Chestertown, MD.
