Recruitment Fraud Notice

This notice is effective as of Feb 21, 2023.

Please note that BioAgilytix follows a merit-based employee recruitment practice with screening steps and will never charge, ask, or accept any fees or security deposit from job seekers during the recruitment process.

Unfortunately, recruitment fraud was reported involving scammers who post fraudulent job openings or who contact job seekers with fake job offers through official looking documents. These individuals may conduct multiple fraudulent interviews attempting to obtain personal information or money from applicants. Individuals claiming to represent BioAgilytix HR have also contacted prospective candidates pretending to represent BioAgilytix with job offers. If you receive unsolicited or fraudulent communication regarding a job offer or an interview call involving any payment of money, please be alert and recognize it as a scam. To prevent falling victim to fraudulent activity, upon receipt of an interview call request, candidates should take prudent measures such as visiting the official BioAgilytix website to verify the source and authenticity of the contact.

How to Identify Recruitment Fraud

BioAgilytix never requests fees for any purpose before, during, or after the hiring process. BioAgilytix will never request money for the opportunity to apply for or work at the company, nor request fees or payments for skills or capability testing.

The hiring process involves at least one interview (virtual or in-person). BioAgilytix will never request an interview on any instant messaging applications or via text message. Our team only requests interviews via email or phone.

The BioAgilytix HR team corresponds from email addresses with the domain “@bioagilytix.com”. However, scammers may also display the sent email domain address as “@bioagilytix.com” fraudulently. Nevertheless, receiving emails will be possible only with the legitimate “@bioagilytix.com” domain. If any generic email ID ending with a Gmail/Yahoo domain is copied while receiving a job offer or interview call, please be alert for the likelihood of a scam.

The BioAgilytix HR team does not request or require personal documents like bank account details, tax forms or credit card information as part of the recruitment process.

If you are in doubt or need clarification on the source of a job offer, please log in to the Careers section on the BioAgilytix website to verify the job offer or the application.
